Conditioning is a much more powerful thing than hypnosis. With lots of repetitive mantras and mind wiping soundscapes. Now I force myself to move on by using this phrase. Most of my tracks lean towards conditioning and brainwash. So, say I make a mistake in a story-which causes me great dismay and can prompt me to wince for weeks, months, even years after the error has been corrected.
#CORE IS ALL MANTRA BRAINWASHING SERIES#
Chopra created a television series named Mahabharat. A 2013 animated adaptation holds the record for Indias most expensive animated film. Prakash Jha directed 2010 film Raajneeti was partially inspired by the Mahabharata. Subjects of the Stanford study could escape voluntary incarceration simply by saying “I quit the experiment.” Now, I use that formulation whenever I need to escape the prison of my thinking. The Mahbhrata was also reinterpreted by Shyam Benegal in Kalyug. Shri Piyush Goyal, Union Minister, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Commerce & Industry and Textiles congratulated the institution and all associated with it via video conferencing. I recently adopted a phrase, which I repeat to myself whenever I’m feeling angst, that liberates me to power through the day and is taken-of all places–from the infamous Stanford Prison Experiment, a 1971 psychological study that involved “jailing” student volunteers and keeping them under guard to measure the effect of perceived power on people. Through its core activities of Standardization and Certification, BIS has been contributing to national economy from past 75 years. Nor do they have to be especially meaningful or deep. They can be used whenever you need them, and-in my experience-you don’t even need to repeat them aloud for them to work. Mantras then are a kind of healthy, self-imposed brainwashing that puts the brain in a calm state. They’ve found that the repetition of just a single word can significantly shift brain activity even among individuals who profess no spirituality, most notably impacting the Default Mode Network, which is associated with predicting and planning, internal evaluation, mind wandering, and rumination. The word “mantra” comes from Sanskrit and means “mind tool” or “thought instrument.” Scientists define a mantra as a “ prolonged repetitive verbal utterance,” and they study them in spiritual and secular contexts to understand how these tools affect the brain.
